The track system must match ground conditions. In areas with clay soil prone to expansion, reinforced concrete foundations are necessary. For paved surfaces, surface-mounted track systems avoid excavation. In regions with hard freezes, underground tracks require proper drainage to prevent water accumulation and ice damage.

5. Control and Safety Features

Essential safety features include infrared obstacle detection, emergency stop function, and manual override in case of power failure. Optional upgrades include GSM modules for remote control, integration with building access systems, and real-time monitoring via smartphone apps. Evaluate which features are code-required in your locality versus nice-to-have additions.
